The Piwipper Ferries, which carry both passengers and bicycles, operate between April and October, on weekends and holidays between 10:30 am and 6 pm. You can also book a ferry for private events and special trips. Current information, including schedule changes during high or low tide, can be found on the operator’s website: www.piwipp-boot.de

The water playground is open daily during the hours of daylight. In winter, the water pipes are turned off to prevent frost damage. You can find all the latest information on the water playground topic page.

Currently, no regular trips that start at the Monheim jetty are being offered. However, the KD company offers day trips from Cologne and Düsseldorf, with a stop in Monheim, several times a year. Details can be found on the jetty topic page. The jetty can also be booked as a mooring area by event ships, river cruisers or other kinds of ships.

Yes! Hotspots have been set up at many locations in the city area where Monheim’s WiFi service can be used free of charge.
